Job Title: IT Service Manager - Compliance Expert
Job Summary:
Siemens GBS is seeking a dedicated IT Service Manager with a strong background in IT compliance and cybersecurity. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in HR and/or IT systems, as well as a solid grasp of IT compliance standards and regulatory requirements.
Key Responsibilities:
Ensure IT and cybersecurity compliance of applications aligns with industry standards and regulatory requirements.
Cultivate and nurture robust relationships with stakeholders and customers to gain insight into their unique needs and provide tailored solutions.
Promptly address customer issues and concerns with professionalism to maintain high levels of satisfaction.
Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to facilitate seamless IT service management and customer support.
Identify opportunities for service enhancement and implement strategies to boost the quality and efficiency of IT service delivery.
Requirements:
Strong commitment to a customer-centric approach, placing customers at the core of every action.
Several years of hands-on experience in HR and/or IT systems.
Solid grasp of IT compliance standards (e.g., ISO 27001, GDPR) and familiarity with regulatory requirements.
Adaptability to work in a dynamic, fast-paced environment that embraces change.
Exceptional organizational skills, with the capacity to manage multiple demands and projects concurrently.
Willingness to thrive in an international setting.
Keen ability to deliver added value to customers and provide top-tier service.
Excellent communication skills, marked by clarity and conciseness in all interactions.
Strong team player with a penchant for virtual collaboration.
Proficiency in both written and spoken business-level English.
