Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled Digital Transformation Strategist to join our team at Share Plm. As a key member of our team, you will play a crucial role in leading digital transformation initiatives for our clients, helping them navigate change in a dynamic landscape.
About the Role:
As a Digital Transformation Strategist, you will be responsible for managing projects related to change enablement engagements, supported by Share Plm's change enablement framework. You will attend and drive workshops, create reports, and facilitate project delivery.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage weekly, monthly, and quarterly reporting of KPIs for team members and customer projects.
- Support and increase the overall account performance with improvements in working processes and Share Plm's framework.
- Actively advise Share Plm's clients to enable change in their digital transformation projects.
Requirements:
To be successful in this role, you will need to have:
- A strong understanding of enterprise system software and its role in digital transformation.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to work closely with stakeholders to foster change and guide them in reaching their transformation goals.
- Fluency in English.
- A tech enthusiast with the skills/knowledge to recommend and integrate the latest digital tools and technologies to enhance the transformation initiative.
