Job Title: Project Manager - IT Governance

As a Project Manager - IT Governance, you will play a key role in ensuring the successful delivery of strategic projects within our IT department. Your primary responsibility will be to coordinate and manage projects from initiation to closure, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate with project managers, teams, and stakeholders to establish project timelines, milestones, and deliverables.
  • Monitor project progress, identify potential risks and issues, and recommend solutions.
  • Prepare and present regular reports to C-level members, providing insights into project status and key performance indicators.
  • Continuously review and enhance project management processes, tools, and methodologies to drive efficiency and improve project outcomes.
  • Uphold high-quality standards for project deliverables, ensuring they meet established guidelines and industry standards.
  • Foster effective communication channels within the IT department and across various teams involved in projects.
  • Provide guidance and support to project teams on project management best practices, tools, and techniques.
  • Monitor programs' financial performance, including cost estimation, budget planning, cost tracking, and controlling.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or related field.
  • +7 years of proven experience in project management and project coordination within an IT environment.
  • Strong knowledge of project management methodologies (e.g., Agile, Scrum, Waterfall) and tools.
  • Proficiency with project management software and tools (Jira, etc).
  • Excellent reporting and presentation skills, with the ability to interpret and calculate data, metrics, and project performance indicators.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage with diverse teams and stakeholders.
  • Solid problem-solving and decision-making capabilities, with a focus on results and continuous improvement.
  • Cultivates innovation, creates new and better ways for the organization to be successful.
  • Collaborative, builds partnerships and works collaboratively with others to meet shared objectives.
  • Ensures accountability, holds self and others accountable to meet commitments.
  • Bilingual in English and French.
  • Hybrid role: 3 days at our offices/2 days at home.
