Key Responsibilities- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement product strategies that drive business growth and customer satisfaction.
- Manage the end-to-end delivery of new initiatives, ensuring timely and successful launch.
- Stay up-to-date with market trends, regulatory changes, and industry developments to inform product decisions.
- Develop and maintain a deep understanding of stakeholder needs and behaviors to design and deliver successful product outcomes.
- Communicate product performance and progress to relevant stakeholders within the organization.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in strategy and execution within top-tier environments, either in corporate or startups.
- At least 3 years in a consulting or investment banking role, or experience in a high-growth fintech or neobank.
- Successful delivery of solutions in a fast-paced, agile organization.
- Exceptional organizational and project management skills.
- Strong analytical abilities, capable of breaking down complex problems into manageable parts.
- A history of grit, determination, and resourcefulness, coupled with a strong desire for professional development.
- Excellent interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders without authority.
