About the Role

Ebury is a leading FinTech firm that is revolutionizing the way businesses operate in the global economy. As a Fintech Strategist, you will play a critical role in shaping the company's product strategy and driving innovation in the lending and trade finance space.

Key Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement product strategies that drive business growth and customer satisfaction.
  • Manage the end-to-end delivery of new initiatives, including identifying and executing improvements in current features and processes.
  • Stay up-to-date with market, industry, and regulatory trends in lending and FinTech to inform product decisions.
  • Support product commercialisation efforts, including proposition development, business case formulation, stakeholder training, and the creation of marketing collateral.
  • Define, track, and monitor KPIs for product initiatives, making data-driven decisions and actions based on the results.
  • Communicate product performance against KPIs to relevant stakeholders within the organisation.
Requirements
  • A strong client focus, making decisions informed by client feedback.
  • Excellent communication skills (verbal and written), enabling clear communication of product needs and requirements to leadership, business, and technical stakeholders.
  • Strong organisational and project management capabilities.
  • A minimum of 3 years of experience in strategy and execution within top-tier environments, either in corporate or startups.
  • At least 3 years in a consulting or investment banking role, or experience in a high-growth fintech or neobank.
  • Successful delivery of solutions in a fast-paced, agile organisation.
  • Exceptional organisational and project management skills.
  • Strong analytical abilities, capable of breaking down complex problems into manageable parts.
  • A history of grit, determination, and resourcefulness, coupled with a strong desire for professional development.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders without authority.
