Job Description
We are seeking a highly motivated Demand Generation Specialist to join our team in Norway. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for executing effective prospecting efforts to maximize coverage of defined accounts through outbound and inbound activities. This includes generating, qualifying, nurturing, and handing over leads and opportunities. Regularly reviewing lead pipeline and progression is also a crucial aspect of this role.
Required Skills and Qualifications
To succeed in this position, you will need to have at least 1 year of business experience, preferably in B2B relationships. Experience in managing and executing outbound/inbound activities, proven sales drive, good IT knowledge, and understanding of SAP solutions are essential. Additionally, you should have strong facility with teamwork, excellent verbal and written communications skills in English (Level C2) and Norwegian (Level C2).
