The Opportunity
This role is responsible for driving sales growth and revenue by engaging large companies within an assigned book of business. As a Sales Growth Specialist, you will be responsible for prospecting within an assigned book of business, scheduling remote meetings with potential and existing customers, and identifying customer needs and matching them with suitable solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Schedule remote meetings with potential and existing customers to discuss sales opportunities.
- Prospect within an assigned book of business to increase sales revenue.
- Identify customer needs and match them with suitable solutions to drive sales growth.
- Collaborate with internal teams to execute account strategies and maintain strong relationships with existing customers.
- Use CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce) to manage leads, track sales activity, and forecast outcomes.
- Participate in training programs to enhance sales skills and knowledge.
- Meet or exceed monthly sales quotas and other performance metrics.
Requirements
- Full Professional German and English language skills.
- Experience in sales, marketing, or a related field.
- Strong understanding of sales principles, practices, and techniques.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Results-oriented and goal-driven individual.
- Willingness to learn and adapt to changing circumstances.
