We are seeking an experienced Salesforce CRM Analytics (CRMA) Developer to play a key role in the configuration and design of Salesforce CRMA solutions. Under the guidance of the Sr. Manager of Business Systems, you will be responsible for understanding business requirements and processes, and translating these into innovative reporting solutions that are highly usable, scalable, extensible, and maintainable.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Understand business requirements and processes, translating these into innovative reporting solutions that are highly usable, scalable, extensible, and maintainable.
  • Utilize the full suite of Salesforce tools, including Salesforce CRMA (formerly known as Tableau CRM and Einstein Analytics), APEX, and Lightning Web Components to provide complete end-to-end solutions.
  • Drive the company's Salesforce initiatives and enhance the overall user experience.
  • Collaborate closely with stakeholders to build well-architected Salesforce CRMA dashboards and reports that best leverage the CRMA platform.
  • Develop data flows, recipes, and complex dashboards using complex SAQL queries in TCRM.
  • Build, maintain, and migrate TCRM assets into the Salesforce ecosystem.
  • Implement and maintain security measures, including row-level and object-level security within Salesforce and CRM Analytics environments.
  • Stay updated with the latest Salesforce CRMA features and functionalities and incorporate them into solutions as appropriate.
