As a Customer Experience Representative, you will be part of our Community Experience team, responsible for learning and executing programs, procedures, initiatives, and special projects. Your primary role will be to answer internal and external queries, ensuring seamless communication with our freelancers and agency workers.
Main Responsibilities- Customer Support: Answer questions online through written English raised by our freelancers and agency workers, providing timely and accurate responses.
- System Access and Troubleshooting: Enable our workers to access and utilize necessary systems when errors and issues occur, working closely with teams across the business to resolve issues permanently.
- Process Improvement: Help improve guidance, policy processes, automation processes, and tools, ensuring efficient and effective workflows.
- Reporting and Progress Monitoring: Report on progress and highlight any blockers to the above areas of ownership, providing valuable insights for process improvement.
- Onboarding Support: Support during the on-boarding process via checks of ID paperwork, etc.
- Internal Query Resolution: Answering general tickets via Zendesk of internal queries.
- Customer-Facing Experience: Previous experience in customer-facing roles (preferably online) would be ideal.
- Help Desk Ticketing Systems: Previous experience using help desk ticketing systems would be advantageous.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
- Communication and Problem-Solving: Excellent multi-tasker, up-beat, positive, can-do attitude, and motivated self-starter.
- Education: In pursuit of a Bachelor's degree (B.A.) from a college or university in a related field, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
