About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Dutch Junior Campaign Specialist to join our team at Teleperformance Spain. As a key member of our onboarding team, you will be responsible for partnering with new clients to develop their first online advertising campaigns.

Key Responsibilities
  • Partner with clients to onboard and develop PPC campaigns
  • Detect and understand customer needs and objectives
  • Drive spend, upsell, and sustainability
  • Handle a high volume of potential clients through phone calls
Requirements
  • BA/BS degree or equivalent in Marketing, Digital Marketing, or Communications
  • 1-2 years of work experience in sales and/or online advertising
  • Strong analytical skills and ability to meet productivity targets
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Good time management skills and ability to organize daily tasks
  • Dutch C2 level and high level of English
What We Offer
  • Full-time position with 39 hours per week, Monday to Friday
  • Salary: 23,876€ gross/year + up to 3,408€ gross/year in bonus
  • Hybrid working model in Barcelona
  • Referral program with up to 2,000€ in referral fees
  • Permanent contract with relocation support
  • 2-3 weeks of intense introduction training and sales training
