About the Role

We're seeking a talented Commercial Planning Analyst to join our team at Philip Morris International. As a key member of our Commercial Centric Organization (CCO), you'll play a crucial role in driving our commercial transformation and delivering a smoke-free future.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and maintain a set of multicategory KPIs and targets across all commercial channels and streams to drive business objectives.
  • Conduct business analysis and create periodic presentations to provide valuable insights and information to stakeholders and managers.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders, including fieldforce and commercial managers, to identify business opportunities and support commercial streams in executing their tasks.
  • Contribute to the development and continuous improvement of commercial reporting and visualization tools to support commercial streams.
Requirements
  • University degree in Business Administration, Economics, Maths, or Engineering.
  • At least four years of experience in an analytics department, preferably in a commercial team in a multinational environment.
  • Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office package, with a strong focus on Excel.
  • Power BI knowledge, SQL, or Snowflake is a plus.
  • Fast learning capabilities, cooperative approach, and curiosity.
  • Fluent English and Spanish is required.
