Key Responsibilities- Manage a team of health and safety professionals to ensure compliance with local regulations and Amazon's safety standards.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to analyze data and identify areas for improvement, and develop and implement effective solutions.
- Provide guidance and support to site leaders and employees on health and safety policies and procedures.
- Develop and implement programs to improve safety culture and reduce workplace incidents.
- Manage and maintain accurate records of health and safety data and metrics.

Requirements- Education to a degree level and qualification in Técnico Superior en Prevención de Riesgos Laborales (including specialisations in Seguridad en el Trabajo, Higiene Industrial y Ergonomía & Psicosociología aplicada) following Spanish Health and Safety regulations.
- Relevant experience managing a team and complying with local Health and Safety legislation.
- Advanced proficiency in verbal and written English and the local language.
- Preferred qualifications include experience with Lean, 5S and Kaizen methodologies, and charter membership of a Human Resources industry body (e.g., IOSH).
