Overview:

The Engineeringuk is seeking a Compliance Operations Lead to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for implementing and managing the Paragon Workflow, ensuring it aligns with our compliance strategy.

About the Role:

This role requires a highly organized and detail-oriented individual who can prioritize tasks, manage multiple projects, and deliver results on time and within budget. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with process optimization methodologies like Lean and Six Sigma, as well as technical proficiency in SQL and workflow automation tools.

Responsibilities:

  • Implement and manage the Paragon Workflow, ensuring alignment with our compliance strategy
  • Optimize compliance engagement processes and streamline standard operating procedures (SOPs) to improve efficiency and reduce errors
  • Develop strategic roadmaps and effectively communicate with stakeholders to align goals and implement programs
  • Establish a quality assurance framework to ensure compliance with best practices and regulatory standards
  • Utilize Lean, Six Sigma, and Scrum methodologies for continuous process improvement and innovation

Requirements:

  • Program Management Expertise: Proven ability to manage complex projects, prioritize tasks, and deliver results on time and within budget
  • Experience managing the entire lifecycle of a program, from planning to implementation and maintenance
  • Process Improvement: Hands-on experience with process optimization methodologies like Lean and Six Sigma
  • Technical Proficiency: Proficiency in SQL and experience with workflow automation tools and technologies
  • Data Analysis Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Excel, Power BI or QuickSight
  • Communication and Collaboration: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with leadership, stakeholders, and cross-functional teams
  • Quality Assurance: Expertise in building and managing quality assurance processes

Salary:

We offer a competitive salary range of £65,000 - £85,000 per annum, depending on experience and qualifications.
