At Wabtec Corporation, we are committed to taking on the world's toughest challenges. As a key member of our team, you will play a critical role in driving our success. We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Marketing & Sales Director - Transit Services to join our team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement a comprehensive marketing strategy to drive business growth and revenue
  • Lead a team of sales and marketing professionals to achieve sales targets and expand our customer base
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify business opportunities and develop solutions
  • Manage and analyze market intelligence to inform business decisions
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with key customers and stakeholders

Requirements:

  • Minimum 10 years of experience in sales and marketing leadership roles, preferably in the rail industry
  • Proven track record of driving business growth and revenue
  • Strong leadership and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
  • Fluency in English, with additional European languages a plus

Location:
