As a Global Sales and Marketing Director - Transit Services, you will play a crucial role in defining and leading the implementation of the marketing plan, driving market intelligence, and ensuring promotion and communication of the product and services portfolio. You will also achieve Transit Services Group Order Intake, leading innovation processes, and customer watch processes. Your leadership will animate the Services sales community in the regions, ensuring best practices sharing and common processes.

 

This role involves:

  • Defining and leading the implementation of the marketing plan
  • Driving market intelligence (customer needs, competition watch, market trends)
  • Defining the product/services go-to-market in alignment with services global commercial strategy, regions, and product management
  • Ensuring promotion and communication of the product and services portfolio that will satisfy the commercial strategy
  • Achieving Transit Services Group Order Intake
  • Leading innovation process
  • Leading customer watch process and customer profiles/mapping updates
  • Driving the Transit Services Group Sales process improvement and CRM implementation
  • Animating Services sales community in the regions, ensuring best practices sharing and common processes
  • Defining customer experience (tools, processes...) according to customer segmentation
  • Providing inputs to Product Management and R&D in respect of market expectations
  • Owning the Product Line Sales & Marketing budget (including central and local budgets)
  • Monitoring the market opportunities and tender's pipeline engaging with and supporting the regions to maximize orders

 

This role is based in Europe, with easy access to any of our sites in France, Italy, Spain, Germany, and the United Kingdom. Legal authorization to work in the EU is required. We will not sponsor individuals for employment visas, now or in the future, for this job opening.
