Chemical Project Administrator

We are seeking an experienced Project Administrator to coordinate project activities related to water treatment equipment and chemical dosage and control equipment. As a key member of our team at Empresa reconocida, you will be responsible for managing schedules, arranging assignments, communicating progress to all team members, assisting with procurement activities, helping prepare project documents and reports, and supporting the service team in identifying and ordering spare parts and small equipment.
Main Responsibilities- Schedule and Coordinate Meetings: Schedule regular meetings and record decisions (e.g., assigned tasks and next steps) to ensure seamless project execution.
- Project Planning and Management: Break projects into manageable tasks and set timeframes and goals to ensure timely completion.
- Workflow Creation and Update: Create and update workflows to optimize project efficiency and effectiveness.
- Risk Analysis and Mitigation: Conduct risk analyses to identify potential issues and develop strategies to mitigate them.
- Documentation and Reporting: Prepare and provide documentation to internal teams and key stakeholders to ensure transparency and accountability.
- Resource Procurement: Order resources, such as equipment and software, to support project activities.
- Information Retrieval: Retrieve necessary information (e.g., user/client requirements and relevant case studies) to inform project decisions.
- Project Monitoring and Issue Resolution: Monitor project progress and address potential issues to ensure timely completion.
- Supplier Engagement: Probe suppliers and seek the right tools and equipment for each project to ensure optimal results.
- Project Performance Measurement and Reporting: Measure and report on project performance to inform future project planning and execution.
- Project Coordination and Communication: Act as the point of contact for all project participants and ensure effective communication throughout the project lifecycle.
- Support to Service Team: Assist the service team with identification and ordering of spare parts.
- Education: Degree in Industrial, Chemical, Electrical, or Mechanical Engineering.
- Work Experience: Work experience as a Project Administrator, Project Coordinator, or similar role, or experience in the water treatment field will be valuable.
- Technical Skills: Hands-on experience with flowcharts, technical documentation, and schedules.
- Software Knowledge: Knowledge of project management software will be valuable.
- Soft Skills: Solid organization and time-management skills, team spirit, and fluency in Spanish and English.
- Additional Requirements: Knowledge and experience with water treatment and chemical dosing systems will be valuable.
