Join Our Team as a Human Resources Trainee

Six Senses Ibiza is seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Human Resources Trainee to join our team. As a key member of our HR department, you will play a vital role in supporting the recruitment, onboarding, and development of our employees.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist in the recruitment process by posting job vacancies, screening resumes, and coordinating interviews.
  • Support the onboarding process for new employees, ensuring a smooth transition into their roles.
  • Provide administrative support and respond to HR inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
  • Ensure compliance with hotel policies and labor laws.
  • Assist in the preparation of HR reports and analyze metrics such as turnover rates.
  • Coordinate training sessions and manage Mission Wellness Activities to promote employee well-being and development.

Requirements:
  • Studying a degree or diploma in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.
  • Previous internship or exposure to HR functions in hotels or service industries is advantageous.
  • Excellent command of written and spoken Spanish and English.
