Job SummaryWe are seeking a highly skilled Senior Channel Development Manager to join our team. As a key member of our sales organization, you will play a crucial role in executing our channel strategy, building strong partnerships, and driving revenue growth.
Key Responsibilities- Channel Strategy Execution: Develop and implement effective channel strategies to grow partnerships within your region, focusing on building a strong partner ecosystem.
- Partner Engagement: Utilize your existing contacts within the Managed Service Provider (MSP) and Trusted Security Advisor (TSA) space to identify and engage potential partners.
- Proactive Partnership Development: Proactively seek out dynamic MSPs and TSAs to champion and promote Coronet's solutions within your territory.
- Training and Enablement: Provide tailored training on Coronet products and sales strategies to partners, empowering them with the skills needed for success.
- Relationship Building: Cultivate strong, collaborative relationships with partners, ensuring a mutually beneficial and rewarding partnership journey.
- Sales Support: Act as a guiding force for partners, offering ongoing support and assistance throughout the sales process to drive success.
- Education: Bachelor's degree or equivalent relevant work experience.
- Channel Experience: 3-4 years of channel experience or experience selling to MSPs, with a proven base of existing contacts within the MSP and TSA space in the region we are hiring for.
- Cybersecurity Experience: Experience selling cybersecurity solutions to channel partners is required.
- Results-Oriented: Proven track record of successfully meeting sales quotas.
- Communication Skills: Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Time Management: Persistent and results-oriented mindset, with the ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time efficiently.
- Industry Knowledge: In-depth understanding of company services and its position in the industry.
- Language Skills: Fluency in Italian, Spanish, French, or all three is required.
- Interview Process: A 30-minute phone interview with our Recruiting Team, followed by a 60-minute Zoom interview with the Hiring Manager, and a 30-45 minute Zoom interview with our People Team.
