**Job Summary**
Nutanix is seeking a highly skilled Senior Channel Marketing Manager to join our team in France and Spain. As a key member of our marketing team, you will be responsible for developing and executing marketing plans for our key retail channel partners in the region.
**Key Responsibilities**
- Develop and align marketing plans with global and regional sales teams, channel, OEM, and OS leaders to execute a successful Consumer Channel strategy.
- Work with country leads to build and develop relationships with key OEM partners at country level to drive device sales through channel partners.
- Develop budgeting, campaign planning, and alignment with retail marketing counterparts, OEM, and OS partner leads to execute the strategy across training, incentives, and marketing campaigns.
- Drive overall awareness via campaigns and brand and product touchpoints.
- Execute marketing plans and deliverables in partnership with the channel and retail partners.
**Requirements**
- Detailed knowledge of consumer OEMs and channels for PC.
- Experience of working on new projects and establishing new ways of working.
- Experience of working in a multi-region, US headquartered environment.
- Ability to define and execute consumer channel programs.
- Experience of driving cross-functional teams to create comprehensive plans with dependencies identified and critical issues/path.
- Establish key performance metrics to ensure success.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills with the ability to deliver clear messages on issue identification and resolution through schedules, trackers, and campaign status updates.
**Preferred Qualifications**
- 8+ years consumer channel (retail, online) and marketing experience in technology companies.
- Masters degree in business or technology preferred.
- Consumer PC marketing industry experience specifically working in cross-functional disciplines in the European marketplace.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Must be fluent in French and English. Additional languages (Spanish) would be beneficial.
- Ability to build trusting, collaborative relationships and rapport with senior business stakeholders.
- Ability to convey information clearly and accurately with great credibility.
- Ability to be organized, resourceful, and adaptable.
