Job Description:

As a German-speaking Customer Support Consultant with Work International, you will be the primary contact for Lufthansa passengers, answering questions regarding flight reservations, cancellations, and online check-in via phone.

The position is remotely stationed in the Czech Republic, and you will be working in a multicultural environment with people from different nationalities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide customer support via phone in German and English
  • Answer questions regarding flight reservations, cancellations, and online check-in
  • Work in a remote setting in the Czech Republic

Requirements:

  • Fluent German language skills
  • Intermediate English language skills
  • Great communication, multitasking, and problem-solving skills

Contact Information:

The Client supports you to open your own bank account and have a tax number. After 6 months of employment, there is a possibility of working part-time. According to Czech law, employer and employee contributions to health and social insurance from the first day of employment.
