We are seeking a highly skilled Product Manager to join our Neurology team at Sandoz. As a Product Manager, you will be responsible for developing and executing strategic plans to drive business growth and market share in the Neurology area.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and Execute Strategic Plans: Create and implement comprehensive plans to meet business objectives and customer needs in the Neurology area.
- Forecasting and Budgeting: Develop and manage robust patient models to ensure accurate forecasting and budgeting for our Neurology products.
- Market Intelligence and Strategy: Translate market intelligence into brand and disease strategies, and develop programs to optimize return for Sandoz.
- Matrix Relationships: Build and manage excellent relationships with internal stakeholders, medical experts, Key Opinion Leaders, sales professionals, and marketing experts.
- Education and Experience: Educated to degree level (or equivalent) in Business or Marketing, with 2-5 years' experience in the pharmaceutical industry, preferably in a marketing role.
- Neurology Experience: Experience launching and managing hospital products in the Neurology market is highly valued.
- Networking and Communication: Strong networking skills with neurologists, hospital pharmacists, scientific associations, and payors.
- Project Management: Good project management capabilities and experience managing products in a highly competitive environment.
- Presentation Skills: Excellent presentation skills and experience with PowerPoint.
