Product Manager Cybersecurity

SITA is the leading specialist in air transport communications and information technology. We connect the global aviation industry, applying decades of experience and expertise to address core business, operational, baggage, and passenger processes.

As a Product Manager in the SITA Communications and Data Exchange team, you will join our dynamic Value Added Services Product Team in managing cybersecurity, application performance, and cloud products to achieve strategic financial and customer satisfaction objectives.

The Value-Added Services team is responsible for various products, including unified communication and contact center services, wireless and mobility, security, and LAN services.

This role will shape the strategy to achieve revenue and profit growth of the assigned products in line with SITA's strategic plans and manage the product line's performance throughout its product life cycle.

As the air transport industry moves to digital and cloud-based systems, you will play a vital role in supporting the product management of SITA's Value Added Services Portfolio.

You will work closely with cross-functional teams, including engineering, marketing, ordering, billing, pricing, legal, regulatory, IT, sales, and operations, to ensure our products' successful delivery and continuous improvement.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute product strategies to drive revenue and customer satisfaction growth
  • Manage product life cycles, including product development, launch, and maintenance
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure product delivery and continuous improvement
  • Monitor and analyze product performance, identifying areas for improvement

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in product management, preferably in the air transport industry
  • Strong understanding of cybersecurity, application performance, and cloud technologies
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills
  • Ability to analyze complex data and drive business decisions
