We are seeking a Technical Content Creator to join our UX/UI team in EMEA. This role is based remotely and can be located in Spain, the UK, or Ireland.

The ideal candidate will have 4+ years of experience in writing, editing, and reviewing technical documentation for B2B SaaS products. They will be able to gather information, synthesize it, and create cohesive narratives.

The Technical Content Creator will be responsible for creating, updating, and maintaining customer-facing documentation at Doit's Help Center and Developer Hub. They will collaborate with product managers, engineers, and designers to gain a deep understanding of our product portfolio and identify documentation needs.

We value self-organized and self-motivated individuals who are confident, thorough, and tenacious. Experience with documentation websites, static site generators, and markup languages is a plus. Basic understanding of cloud technology and API best practices is also desirable.

Responsibilities:

  • Become a subject matter expert in our product
  • Create, update, and maintain customer-facing documentation
  • Collaborate with product managers, engineers, and designers
  • Manage multiple documentation tasks in any given sprint
  • Contribute to other technical knowledge articles
  • Participate in tooling and process improvements

Qualifications:

  • 4+ years experience in writing, editing, and reviewing technical documentation
  • Proven ability to gather information, synthesize it, and create cohesive narratives
  • Experience with documentation websites, static site generators, and markup languages
  • Basic understanding of cloud technology and API best practices

Bonus Points:

  • Basic understanding of cloud technology, e.g., AWS, Google Cloud, Kubernetes
  • Experience and knowledge of Doc Ops
  • Great sense of humor and enjoys having fun at work
