Housekeeper - Sick Leave Replacement Contract (m/f/d) - Hospitality Professional

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Housekeeper to join our team at Sircle Collection. As a Housekeeper, you will be responsible for maintaining the highest standards of cleanliness and organization in our hotel rooms and common areas.
Key Responsibilities- Cleaning and Maintenance: Perform various cleaning activities such as sweeping, mopping, dusting, and polishing to ensure our hotel rooms and common areas are spotless and well-maintained.
- Room Inspection: Conduct regular room inspections to ensure that all rooms meet our high standards of cleanliness and organization.
- Equipment Maintenance: Preserve and maintain our hotel equipment to ensure it is in good working condition.
- Reporting and Communication: Notify superiors of any damage, deficiencies, or disturbances in a timely and professional manner.
- Customer Service: Handle customer complaints and requests with professionalism, patience, and a smile.
- Inventory Management: Check inventory levels of consumables and replace them as needed.
- Health and Safety: Strictly comply with health and safety regulations and be aware of company-related practices.
- Experience: Proven experience as a floor cleaner or waiter is required.
- Independence and Performance: Ability to work with minimal supervision and maintain a high level of performance.
- Customer Orientation: Customer-oriented and friendly attitude is essential.
- Time Management: Prioritization and time management skills are necessary.
- Quality and Efficiency: Ability to work quickly without compromising quality.
- Language Skills: Very valuable knowledge and communication in English is required.
- Education: Vocational or secondary training diploma is a plus.
