Main Responsibilities- Front Desk Operations: Ensure the front desk is tidy and well-stocked with necessary materials, including pens, forms, and informative leaflets.
- Guest Check-In/Check-Out: Process guest arrivals and departures efficiently and accurately.
- Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service, responding to guest inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
- Problem-Solving: Anticipate and address guest emergencies, ensuring their comfort and satisfaction.
- Security and Compliance: Ensure company policies and security requirements are met, maintaining a safe and secure environment for guests and staff.
- Guest Experience: Coordinate luggage collection and storage, and provide personalized services to special guests, such as disabled individuals, elderly guests, children, and VIPs.
- Communication: Facilitate communication between guests and staff, ensuring seamless service delivery.
- Hotel Services: Inform guests about hotel amenities, including breakfast and dining options, and promote hotel services and programs.
- Feedback and Improvement: Analyze customer feedback and suggest ways to improve guest satisfaction and hotel ratings.
- Local Recommendations: Provide guests with recommendations for local tourist spots, including places to dine, shop, and sightsee.
- Reservations and Bookings: Coordinate and book guest requests for reservations in outsourcing services.
- Experience: Proven work experience as a Receptionist-Concierge or similar role.
- Skills: Excellent communication and people skills, good organizational and multitasking abilities, customer service drive, and problem-solving skills.
- Education: BSc degree in Hospitality Management, Tourism, Business Administration, or relevant field.
- Language: Required proficiency in English (oral and written), and valuable knowledge of foreign languages.
