About the Role

As a Salesforce Administrator at SD Worx, you will play a crucial role in the architecture of our Enterprise tooling. Your primary responsibility will be to coordinate and collaborate with stakeholders to ensure seamless integration of Salesforce with our business processes.

Key Responsibilities
  • Translate business requirements into technical solutions, ensuring users understand and are satisfied with Salesforce configurations.
  • Responsible for gathering business requirements, including workflow analysis, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
  • Create and refine business user stories, sharing insights with the Product Owner.
  • Gather, create, and maintain current and future business process flows for internal use and SD Worx' business.
  • Utilize Agile methodology to track projects, coordinating with stakeholders, including Support Squad, Product Owners, and business owners.
  • Perform manual user acceptance testing to ensure products meet requirements and function as expected.
  • Create complex reports and dashboards to meet business needs.
  • Ensure minimal bugs in Salesforce Suite, providing technical support to resolve configuration defects.
  • Assess readiness to deploy each release, staying informed about Salesforce technology stack developments.
  • Take ownership of assigned projects, ensuring targets are met, and creating test plans, documents, and evaluating testing results.
  • Check usability and ensure the best way to solve QA arising problems on projects.
Requirements
  • Degree holder in IT/IT-related fields or equivalent by experience.
  • At least 3-5 years of experience in a similar role.
  • SQL skills.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Communicating ideas proactively and concisely.
  • Autonomous and take initiatives when relevant.
  • In-depth knowledge about Salesforce Sales Cloud configuration with proven work experience.
  • Experience working with Azure DevOps would be a plus.
  • Agile thinking and working.
  • Being a team player and flexible.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication (English), and ability to communicate and liaise with people at all levels in the organisation.
  • Ability to work in a multi-cultural and international environment.
