As a Senior Operations Manager at Amazon Spain Fulfillment, S. L. U., you will play a key role in leading a large and diverse team to ensure seamless operations in our fulfillment centers. This hands-on role will provide you with the opportunity to learn about the complexity of operations at a global business and develop your skills in team management, process improvement, and customer service.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead a Team: Support and lead a team of operations professionals to achieve business objectives and maintain high standards of quality and productivity.
- Process Improvement: Analyze performance data and suggest process improvements to optimize work and improve customer service.
- Collaboration: Collaborate with other managers to standardize shift processes and ensure alignment with business objectives.
- Operational Excellence: Monitor and maintain process efficiency, prioritize routine team management and daily operational tasks, and address individual escalations and process improvement work.
A Day in the Life
You will work shifts and be based at one of our operational sites, maintaining safety standards within your team and across your site. You will also work closely with colleagues in other teams and external partners to ensure we meet our customer demands and targets. This will involve analyzing data and performance metrics with leaders in your business area and discussing operational pros and cons of technical improvements with engineers.
