Key Responsibilities- Technical Leadership: Provide technical guidance and leadership to junior programmers and other software engineers, ensuring that projects are completed on time and within budget.
- Software Development: Lead the development of complex web applications, including design, development, testing, and deployment.
- Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including business stakeholders, product managers, and QA engineers to ensure that software meets business requirements.
- Technical Expertise: Stay up-to-date with the latest technologies and trends in software development, and apply this knowledge to improve the quality and efficiency of our software development processes.
- Problem-Solving: Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues, and provide solutions to improve the overall quality of our software.
- Experience: 6+ years of experience in software development and system maintenance, with a strong background in web application development.
- Technical Skills: Proficient experience and understanding in C#, ASP.Net MVC, SQL, and Angular, as well as experience with WebAPI, NUnit, and Moq.
- Leadership Skills: Proven ability to lead teams, interact with business partners or customers, and guide project direction.
- Communication Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively communicate technical information to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- AWS Experience: Experience with Amazon Web Services (AWS) is a plus.
- CI-CD Experience: Experience with Continuous Integration and Continuous Deployment (CI-CD) pipelines is a plus.
