Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Fullstack Technical Lead to join our team at Verisk. As a key member of our software development team, you will be responsible for leading the development of complex web applications and providing technical guidance to junior programmers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Technical Leadership: Provide technical guidance and oversight to junior programmers and other software engineers, ensuring the successful delivery of projects.
  • Application Development: Lead the development of complex web applications, including design, architecture, and implementation.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including business stakeholders, product managers, and QA engineers, to ensure alignment and successful project delivery.
  • Technical Expertise: Stay up-to-date with the latest technologies and trends in software development, and apply this knowledge to drive innovation and improvement in our development processes.
  • Problem-Solving: Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues, and provide solutions to improve the overall quality and performance of our applications.
Requirements
  • Experience: 6+ years of experience in software development and system maintenance, with a strong background in C#, ASP.Net MVC, and SQL.
  • Skills: Proficient experience in Angular, WebAPI, NUnit, Moq, LINQ, Entity Framework, Continuous Integration, JQuery, CSS, and AJAX.
  • Leadership: Proven ability to lead teams, interact with business partners or customers, and guide project direction.
  • Communication: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively communicate technical information to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Preferred Qualifications
  • AWS Experience: Good to have experience with AWS.
  • CI-CD Experience: Good to have experience with Continuous Integration and Continuous Deployment.
