Your responsibilities and impact as Technical Support for Electronic Provider will be centered around delivering exceptional customer service and ensuring quality in today’s competitive market.

Key areas of focus include solving technical issues, providing product advice, following up on logistics, conducting quality checks, and offering sales support. These tasks require excellent customer support skills, and the brand needs professionals who can make a difference.

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • EU Citizenship or a valid work permit/residency card
  • Fluency in French, with a good command of English

  • A one-year contract, renewable every year
  • Full-time work (40h/week, 5 days/week) on rotating shifts (Mon-Sat, 7 AM - 7 PM)
  • Salary conditions: 990€ gross/month, including free accommodation (shared flat, all bills included)
  • Reimbursement of initial flight expenses after 9 months
