As a key member of our User Acquisition team, you will be responsible for managing significant performance marketing budgets, strategizing and executing mobile campaigns, and growing marketing partnerships globally.
Key Responsibilities- Independently manage performance marketing budgets across multiple channels to maximize games' growth and profitability
- Strategize, execute, and continually optimize mobile campaigns on critical mobile platforms, including Meta, Google, TikTok, Ad Networks, DSPs, CTV, and Influencer marketing
- Locate, negotiate, and develop creative and innovative solutions for user acquisition
- Grow and manage marketing partnerships for UA efforts across the globe
- Design and execute A/B & multivariate testing and present results to related teams
- Contribute winning ad creative ideas and run creative testing, working closely with Marketing to execute on breakthrough creative strategies
- Work cross-functionally with product, ad monetisation, data, and creative teams to grow the portfolio and business through full-view lifecycle marketing
- BA or BS degree, preferably in Economics, Mathematics, Marketing, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field
- 3-5 years of experience in media buying / user acquisition / performance marketing
- Strong understanding of funnel conversion metrics, retention rates, and LTV predictions
- Looks for external emerging trends and ways to diversify and test new strategies across UA, ASO, Organic channels
