The Role:
We are looking for a skilled Bid Manager to support our global wind division with client & market insights in various geographies. As a key member of our Business Intelligence & Sales function, you will drive project-specific bid processes end-to-end and ensure timely submission of high-quality, client-centric proposals.

Your Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute successful bids, applying your commercial and technical expertise to support account management and regional commercial activities.
- Collaborate closely with Project Managers and tender teams to develop and execute bids that meet client requirements and align with agreed strategies.
- Manage and maintain Ramboll's internal tools and processes (e.g., CRM, project excellence, decision gates) to track and develop opportunities efficiently and enhance sales processes.
- Foster efficient team collaborations across the wind division, ensuring seamless execution of bids and maintaining high standards of quality.
