Key Responsibilities- Design and develop data science solutions that turn data into actionable insights in close collaboration with our business stakeholders.
- Consult on potential solutions, guide the implementation team, and build solutions yourself.
- Plan and lead the development of data analytics techniques, methodologies, and solutions by applying statistical, machine learning, and other modelling methods.
- Help our internal customers to understand and implement the results.
- Master or PhD in Mathematics, Physics, Computer Science, or a similar field.
- Minimum of 3 to 6 years of professional experience outside academia and in Healthcare, ideally in Research and Development.
- Strong drive to identify new use cases that leverage data science to improve business processes.
- Strong skills in Machine Learning, Statistics, and Predictive Modelling.
- Experience in working with data and analytics solutions such as AWS, Snowflake, or Palantir Foundry.
- Proficiency in Python, especially using PySpark, Pandas, and scikit-learn.
- Excellent English communication skills and ability to effectively communicate both with business teams and developers.
- Project management experience.
- Experience working in virtual teams.
