Are you ready to drive innovation and make a meaningful impact in the healthcare industry? We're seeking a talented Senior Data Scientist to join our team and help us unlock the full potential of data science in our global Research & Development operations.
Your Role:
As a Senior Data Scientist, you will be responsible for creating data science solutions that turn data into actionable insights in close collaboration with our business stakeholders. You will work on projects that focus on optimizing clinical trials, regulatory submissions, and natural language processing, including Generative AI. Your expertise will be crucial in consulting on potential solutions, guiding the implementation team, and building solutions yourself. This includes stakeholder management, presentation of results, coordination of work packages for the project team, and the implementation of algorithms.
What You'll Do:
Plan and lead the development of data analytics techniques, methodologies, and solutions by applying statistical, machine learning, and other modeling methods.
Help our internal customers understand and implement the results of your work.
Collaborate closely with international business teams, the headquarter-based IT team, and data & analytics developer teams located in India and Europe.
What We're Looking For:
A Master's or PhD in Mathematics, Physics, Computer Science, or a similar field.
A minimum of 3 to 6 years of professional experience outside academia and in Healthcare, ideally in Research & Development.
Strong drive to identify new use cases that leverage data science to improve business processes.
Strong skills in Machine Learning, Statistics, and Predictive Modeling. Experience in natural language processing is a plus.
