Main Responsibilities:

As a Logistics and Procurement Specialist at Accelleron Industries, you will be responsible for driving customer satisfaction by delivering excellence in centre of bearings and pumps reconditioning. This includes leading the sales of CPEX spare parts to local customers and service networks, from quoting to invoicing, deliveries arrangement, customs documentation, stock replenishment, and inventory management.

You will also ensure stock management excellence by performing quarterly inventories of service station stocks. Additionally, you will provide support to the Head of SCM & Logistics to assure lean local unit operations and logistics.

Your Key Accountabilities:

  • Review and validate suppliers' invoices
  • Request deliveries via haulier web portal
  • Backup during absences for direct and indirect purchases, post goods receipt, and suppliers registry
  • Lead and support service network and local customers CPEX enquires, including quotation, order processing, invoicing, and account receivables
  • Handle administrative issues of CPEX Hub manufacturing orders assignments
  • Register all quotations, orders, and invoicing in the ERP system
  • Ensure the right technical specifications as per customer requirements
  • Monitor administration and logistics, including order monitoring and transportation to customers
  • Enter and maintain master data in local ERP, including commercial information, GSP, discounts, etc.
  • Ensure the financial performance of the order and customer satisfaction
  • Cooperate closely with the Head of Operations, spares department, and Technical Advisor
  • Coordinate and communicate with End User Sales regarding customer status
  • Provide feedback regarding market intelligence to relevant functions

Your Background:

  • 2 years of experience
  • English language proficiency
  • Conversational
  • Mechanical or industrial background/experience is desirable
  • Experience in a multinational company is desirable
  • Handling different customers and cultures
