Job Title: Pharmaceutical Sales Representative

Aboca Deutschland Gmbh is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Pharmaceutical Sales Representative to join our team in Albacete, Cuenca, and Ciudad Real.

Job Summary:

We are looking for a skilled and results-driven individual to manage and develop our retail client portfolio in the assigned area of competition. The successful candidate will be responsible for promoting and controlling sales, as well as visiting medical professionals to ensure the complete management of the territory.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Promote and control sales in the assigned area, including sell-in and sell-out, through the knowledge of the company's technical and commercial matters, product knowledge, and POP material management.
  • Program, plan, and prepare each visit, using sales data provided by the company and clients, and reporting on work progress according to company instructions.
  • Carry out visits to medical professionals in the assigned area, presenting the company and its products.
  • Maintain and develop relationships with existing clients, aiming to implement collaboration and loyalty over time, and develop the market in the assigned area.
  • Meet economic and financial objectives, including sales and margins, in accordance with the company's commercial policy.
  • Collaborate and coordinate with other company employees operating in the territory, as well as with headquarters staff.
  • Participate actively in area and national meetings, as well as company-organized events in the territory and Europe.
Requirements:
  • Preferably from the pharmacy sector.
  • Ability to work in a team and adapt to changing situations.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong sales and marketing skills.
  • Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
