We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Flight Manager to join our team at JETAIR SCHEDULE SERVICES LIMITED. As a Flight Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our flights, providing exceptional customer service, and maintaining the highest standards of safety and security.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Greet passengers prior to check-in and ensure they are listed for the flight and have valid visas.
  • Liaise with airlines, handling agents, and clients regarding flight details, including go-show and no-show passengers.
  • Undertake PR/Customer Service duties onboard, including distributing landing documentation and advising passengers of their onward connections.
  • Liaise with ground staff in Algeria on turnaround.
  • Provide administration support, making reservations, advising clients of expected arrival times, and chasing lost bags.

Requirements:

  • Excellent spoken and written English is essential.
  • Good computer skills are required.
  • Ability to speak French is desirable.
  • Ability to work on own initiative and deliver good customer service.
