About Your Opportunity...

We are seeking a highly skilled Product Manager to join our Flight team at Dyrdek Machine, LLC. As a Product Manager, you will play a critical role in shaping the future of our flight-related product offering. This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated individual to make a significant impact on the future of business travel.

Key Responsibilities...
  1. Develop and Articulate a Clear Product Vision: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define and prioritize features and enhancements for the Flight product roadmap, aligned with overall business objectives.
  2. Conduct Market Research and Analysis: Identify trends, opportunities, and user needs in the aviation industry to inform product decisions.
  3. Define Key Performance Indicators (KPIs): Establish metrics to measure the success of Flight products and drive continuous improvement.
  4. Collaborate with Cross-Functional Teams: Work closely with engineering, design, and marketing teams to ensure successful product delivery.
  5. Lead the End-to-End Product Development Lifecycle: Oversee the development of Flight products from ideation to launch and beyond.
Experience & Qualifications...
  1. Bachelor's Degree in Business or Related Field: A degree in business, computer science, engineering, or a related field is required.
  2. Proven Experience as a Product Manager: 2+ years of experience as a Product Manager, preferably with a focus on flight-related products or services.
  3. Strong Analytical and Problem-Solving Skills: Ability to interpret data and user feedback to inform product decisions.
  4. Excellent Communication and Interpersonal Skills: Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
  5. Experience Working in an Agile Development Environment: Experience working in an Agile development environment is preferred.
