Job Description

The role of the Director C&I Solutions is a critical position in SMA Benelux bv / srl, responsible for driving the commercial and industrial business forward within designated markets. The successful candidate will oversee the development of SMAs commercial and industrial business, ensuring alignment with segment market priorities.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Manage sales, revenue generation, and business partner development within the Commercial & Industrial segment, collaborating closely with global C&I business responsible and regional management teams.
  2. Collect and analyze regional market data to inform strategic implications for segment development.
  3. Design and implement regional strategic segment plans, ensuring alignment with global C&I segment strategy and positioning as a complete solution provider.
  4. Oversee financial performance, KPIs, and forecast accuracy for designated markets.
  5. Foster a deep understanding of direct and indirect customer groups, including targeted C&I end customer verticals.
  6. Develop and execute strategies to successfully place the C&I solution portfolio through existing and new sales channels.
  7. Cultivate long-lasting industry relationships by interacting with key customers, stakeholders, and partners.
  8. Develop a customer-centric mindset within the team, focusing on improving customer experience and achieving local segment targets.
