Job Summary:

As a Sales Engineer - HVAC Solutions Specialist at Panasonic, you will play a crucial role in driving business growth and expanding our presence in the HVAC market. Your primary responsibility will be to identify and pursue new business opportunities, build strong relationships with customers, and provide exceptional support to ensure their satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and visit target consultants, architects, main contractors, and installers to explore potential projects and opportunities.
• Collaborate with internal and external partners to ensure seamless project execution and customer satisfaction.
• Maintain accurate records of project pipeline and progress in relevant systems.
• Provide training and support to installers and consultants on Panasonic products and software.
• Gather market feedback to inform product strategy and development.
• Develop and implement measures to achieve strategic company goals.

Requirements:

• Relevant university degree or equivalent practical experience.
• At least 35 years of relevant experience in the field.
• Experience in business development in B2B is highly beneficial.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills.
• Ability to work under stress and travel as required.

Additional Responsibilities:
• Ensure cost-effectiveness in all contracts and purchasing activities.
• Proactively seek to reduce costs through efficiency and automation.
• Maintain compliance with Panasonic's policies, processes, and procedures.
• Participate in corporate requirements such as ISM, CSR, and anti-bribery and corruption initiatives.
• Conduct benchmarking activities and undertake general administration tasks.
• Attend required training and undertake business trips as needed.
• Prioritize safety and report any health and safety breaches.
