Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Costing Engineer to join our team. As a Costing Engineer, you will play a crucial role in meeting our Business Plan and supporting Commercial and Projects teams in defining the best value-added, value engineering solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Compile and analyze technical information for offers and projects in development.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to challenge stakeholders and obtain the best value-engineering proposal.
• Estimate costs for offers and projects based on input data received and streamlined.
• Support Commercial and Project Managers in understanding key cost drivers, cost structure, and modifications cost impact.
• Seek the best value-added strategy for Grupo Antolin-Ingeniería. S.A. (INGC) and our OEM partners.
• Support negotiations with OEMs.
• Support the creation of Profitability Studies.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to standardize costs, improve standardization accuracy, and foster standardization utilization.

Requirements

• University degree in Engineering (master's degree in engineering is a must).
• Training in Management control/industrial plant costs.
• Specific Financial training: P&L, Balance, FCE, and Budgeting.
• SAP and Excel: advanced level.
• At least 3 years of industrial experience. Automotive experience is desirable.
• Experience as a product or process engineer.
• Spanish and English: high level.
• Analytical and relational capacity. Orientation to results.
