**Job Summary:**
We are seeking a highly skilled Costing Engineer to join our team at Grupo Antolin-Ingeniería. S.A. (Ingc). As a Costing Engineer, you will play a crucial role in optimizing costs and improving processes to drive business growth and profitability.
Key Responsibilities- Compile and analyze technical information for offers and projects in development.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and implement cost-saving opportunities.
- Estimate costs for offers and projects, and provide recommendations for cost reduction.
- Support Commercial and Project Managers in understanding key cost drivers and cost structures.
- Develop and implement strategies to improve standardization and reduce costs.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to standardize costs and improve accuracy.
- University degree in Engineering (master's degree in engineering is a must).
- Training in Management control/industrial plant costs.
- Specific Financial training: P&L, Balance, FCE, and Budgeting.
- SAP and Excel: advanced level.
- At least 3 years of industrial experience.
- Automotive experience: desirable.
- Experience as a product or process engineer.
- Spanish and English: high level.
- Analytical and relational capacity.
- Orientation to results.
