Project Overview

As a Project Manager at Nordex Group, you will be responsible for managing development projects focused on blades activities. This includes processing the project scope with interdisciplinary project teams, ensuring project results, budget, and quality.

Your Key Responsibilities

  • Management of development projects focused on blades activities
  • Processing of the project scope with interdisciplinary project teams (engineering, purchasing, production, service, installation)
  • Responsibility for project result, budget, and quality
  • Report to the program director of Turbine Serial Development as well as escalation to relevant committees
  • Evaluation of project ideas and support up to approval
  • Coordination of the necessary resources with line and project managers
  • Coordination of technical aspects and risk management with chief engineers and divisional management
  • Organization of prototype tests and ramp-up activities in the operational areas
  • Support the continuous improvement of the project management standard

Your Profile

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced professional with a strong background in project management. The ideal candidate will have a diploma or master's in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Information Technology, or a similar field.

  • Diploma/Master's in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Information Technology or similar
  • Project management experience required (PM certification preferred)
  • Preferably several years of experience in a comparable position
  • Very good MS Office skills (incl. MS Project Server)
  • Experience in an ERP and PDM system advantageous
  • Very good verbal and written communication skills
  • Very good English. Beneficial German and Spanish
  • High quality awareness and assertiveness
  • Intercultural experience necessary
  • Willingness to travel within Europe (~10%)
