About the Role

Monks Associates Inc is seeking a highly skilled Social Media Lead to join our team. As a key member of our digital marketing team, you will be responsible for developing and executing a comprehensive social media strategy that drives engagement, increases brand awareness, and ultimately drives business results.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement a social media strategy that aligns with the company's overall marketing goals and objectives
  • Manage and maintain a strong online presence across multiple social media platforms, including Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, and LinkedIn
  • Create and curate high-quality content that resonates with our target audience and drives engagement
  • Monitor and analyze social media metrics to track performance and make data-driven decisions
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, sales, and customer service, to ensure alignment and consistency across all touchpoints
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest social media trends, best practices, and platform updates to ensure our social media strategy remains effective and efficient
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including clients, partners, and influencers
  • Manage and optimize social media advertising campaigns to drive conversions and revenue growth
  • Provide regular reporting and insights to stakeholders on social media performance and campaign results

Requirements

  • 3-5 years of experience in social media marketing, with a proven track record of success
  • Deep understanding of social media platforms, including Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, and LinkedIn
  • Excellent content creation and curation skills, with the ability to develop high-quality content that resonates with our target audience
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to track and analyze social media metrics and make data-driven decisions
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams
  • Ability to stay up-to-date with the latest social media trends, best practices, and platform updates
  • Strong relationship-building skills, with the ability to develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders
