The Role

We're seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Social Media & Operations Intern to join our team in Barcelona.

As a Social Media & Operations Intern, you'll have the opportunity to work closely with our Social Media Specialist to create engaging content, manage our social media channels, and support our operations team with various tasks.

You'll be responsible for:

  • Compiling B2B social media reports
  • Supporting content creation for social media channels
  • Managing our social media community and responding to inquiries
  • Supporting campaign management and operations tasks
  • Providing excellent customer service and handling complaints
