At Degusta Box, we're passionate about bringing food and beverage brands closer to consumers through innovative In-home Sampling, Market Research, and Social Media campaigns. As a Social Media & Operations Intern, you'll play a key role in helping us achieve our mission of bringing Surprise and Joy to as many homes as possible.

We're looking for a highly organized and detail-oriented individual who is passionate about Social Media and has excellent communication skills. As a member of our team, you'll have the opportunity to work on various projects, including content creation, community management, and campaign execution.

As a Social Media & Operations Intern, you'll be responsible for:

  • Compiling B2B Social Media Reports
  • Supporting our Social Media Specialist with content creation and community management
  • Proactively managing our social media channels and responding to customer inquiries
  • Supporting our Campaign Manager with operations tasks, including logistics and product management
  • Providing exceptional customer service and handling customer complaints

We offer a competitive internship remuneration of 600€ gross/month, performance bonuses, and a range of benefits, including flexible scheduling, fresh fruit, and social events.
