Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Social Media Coordinator to join our team at Nikki Beach Hospitality Group. As a key member of our marketing team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing a comprehensive social media strategy to enhance our brand presence and engage with our global audience.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Content Creation and Calendar Management: Develop and execute a content calendar that showcases our brand's unique personality and style, while ensuring consistency and engagement across all social media platforms. Utilize tools like Dash Hudson to track and analyze metrics, and provide actionable insights to improve our online presence.
  2. Content Support and Collaboration: Collaborate with our location teams and social media assistants to create engaging content and strategies that resonate with our global audience. Manage channels to maintain and grow audience interaction and brand engagement.
  3. Reporting and Analytics: Oversee social media performance reporting, utilizing automated tools to track and analyze metrics, and provide actionable insights to improve engagement and reach.
  4. Influencer Relationships and Management: Cultivate and manage relationships with influencers, coordinating collaborations and ensuring alignment with our brand values and goals.
  5. Monitoring and Brand Protection: Monitor brand conversations via social media and analyze and report on audience information and demographics to ensure brand protection and reputation management.
  6. Advertising and Promotion: Create and approve targeted audiences for paid ads and boosted content, utilizing a strong understanding of social media advertising and optimization of campaigns.
  7. Collaboration and Coordination: Work closely with our Global Social Media Manager, PR, marketing, and social media team members to develop attractive and engaging collateral. Coordinate with location teams to manage inquiries, complaints, and other social media-related communications.
Requirements and Qualifications:
  • Proven experience in social media management, preferably in the luxury hospitality or related industry.
  • Excellent knowledge of Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, and other social media best practices.
  • Excellent content creation skills, including basic graphic design and copywriting.
  • Ability to multitask and manage social media activities for multiple properties across different time zones.
  • Strong analytical skills to evaluate social media performance. Experience with Dash Hudson is preferred.
  • Experience with influencer marketing and managing relationships with influencers.
  • Collaborative mindset and ability to work with cross-functional teams.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Flexibility to travel and adapt to the dynamic needs of global hospitality operations.
