Job Title: Senior Onsite Search Optimization Specialist

About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Onsite Search Optimization Specialist to join our team at Axiom Software Solutions in Barcelona Sant Cugat, Spain. As an onsite search expert, you will focus on making our website search engine friendly by adjusting certain elements of the website.

About You

  • You have 10+ years of experience in onsite search optimization and digital direct business.
  • You possess strong technical skills, including SQL and web analytics (HTML).
  • You have excellent communication and collaboration skills, with experience working with cross-functional teams.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Create a robust onsite search strategy for digital direct business.
  2. Own onsite search regionally, contributing to company-wide knowledge by sharing best practices with stakeholders.
  3. Ensure best relevancy for onsite searches.
  4. Continuously increase click-through rate and conversion rate for keywords being searched on-site stores.
  5. Optimize search bar results and search result page (SRP) through dash facet optimization, product spotlights, category links, promotion banners, campaigns, etc.
  6. Leverage tool capabilities to personalize onsite search experiences based on user behavior, browsing history, etc.
