Job Title: HR Coordinator

We are seeking an experienced HR Coordinator to join our team in North Spain. As an HR Coordinator, you will be responsible for providing HR local support and being the main point of contact for central functions and sales co-workers based out of Spain.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage the administration of personnel, including hirings, contracts, transfers, promotions, and terminations.
  • Design and implement HR policies, procedures, and programs.
  • Coordinate payroll administration and ensure compliance with Amcor compensation and auditing processes.
  • Manage employee relations and provide guidance on labour laws and regulations.
  • Drive national HR initiatives and support business strategy.
Requirements
  • University degree in Law or similar field.
  • 2 years' experience in HR Area.
  • Good knowledge of labour law and Spanish regulations.
  • Language skills: Spanish native and fluency in English.
