Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced HR Coordinator to join our team in Spain. The successful candidate will provide HR local support and be the main point of contact for central functions and sales co-workers based out of Spain.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage the administration of personnel, including employee onboarding, offboarding, and benefits administration.
  • Design and implement HR policies, procedures, and programs to ensure compliance with local labor laws and regulations.
  • Support the HR Manager in monitoring and implementing legal and regulatory obligations.
  • Coordinate national HR initiatives, including employer branding, engagement, community collaboration, and learning and development programs.
  • Provide guidance to people managers, functional leaders, and employees on HR policies, labor relations matters, and payroll, benefits, and policies.
  • Manage employee relations and collaborate with a third-party lawyer as needed.
  • Support business strategy by ensuring clear, timely communication and clarity of roles and responsibilities.
Requirements
  • University degree in Law or similar field.
  • 2 years' experience in HR Area.
  • Preferable background knowledge in compensation and benefits, job evaluation, incentive plans, change management.
  • Good knowledge of labor law.
  • Language skills: Spanish native and fluency in English.
